Public Radio Tulsa: Oklahoma Tax System Called “Unfair”

The report, from the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, finds low and middle-income Oklahomans pay over two times more in taxes as a percentage of income than the wealthiest residents. Gene Perry is with the Oklahoma Policy Institute. He says the state’s tax system is upside down.
