Kentucky Center for Economic Policy: Tax Plan Misses Opportunity to Make Overall Tax System Fairer

The plan would basically maintain the existing distribution of taxes for individuals, in which low- and middle-income Kentuckians pay a higher share of their income in taxes than the wealthy.
